The South Orange County Community College District is offering long-term ground lease development opportunities at the Advance Technology and Education Park (“ATEP”) in Tustin, California. ATEP is an approximate 62-acre education village to be comprised of educational and complementary commercial uses.
The project is being offered in two stages. The two remaining parcels are 2.6 and 6.8 acres (section 2 and 3). The offering is for development of educational facilities/uses which complement the educational goals of Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College. The availability date for Stage 2 is currently unknown.
