The South Orange County Community College District is offering long-term ground lease development opportunities at the Advance Technology and Education Park (“ATEP”) in Tustin, California. ATEP is an approximate 62-acre education village to be comprised of educational and complementary commercial uses.
The project is being offered in two stages. Stage 1, in blue, is available now and is comprised of approximately 23 acres. The three remaining parcels range in size from 2.6 acres to 6.8 acres (sections 2, 3 and 5). The offering is for development of educational facilities/uses which complement the educational goals of Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College. The availability date for Stage 2 is currently unknown.
