The Advanced Technology & Education Park ("ATEP") is located within the 1,606-acre Tustin Legacy Community in the heart of Orange County. The South Orange County Community College District's two colleges, Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College, are expanding academic programs and collaborative partnerships to strengthen workforce training in the region.
Irvine Valley College opened the approximate 32,000 SF IDEA building in April 2018. The curriculum at this location focuses on integrated design, engineering, and automation. Saddleback College is in the planning stages for two new buildings. The first will be approximately 20,000 SF for their culinary arts program and the second will be approximately 37,000 SF and is slated to be used as an auto tech educational hub.
